Omelet with Pampa's Herbs

Perfect for breakfast or lunch, a well done omelet it is a fast solution. It is healthy and full of protein to keep you in shape. Here is how I do it.

Method:

Whisk two eggs with a fork. We do not want to incorporate air, just mix the eggs. Season the eggs with Pampa’s Herbs.

Heat up a pan to medium heat and place some oil onto it. Make sure the oil covers all the surface. Place the eggs in the pan and use a spatula to make sure the eggs are cooking evenly after around 2 to 3 minutes.

Flip over one third of the the omelet, add the butter and flip the other third on top and cook it for 30 seconds. Flip over the omelet onto a plate and the butter on top.

The omelet should be soft and runny inside.

Note: place some cheese, ham or bacon before flipping it . It is delicious.

Deviled Eggs with Spice the Sea

Deviled eggs are the perfect snack or appetizer for parties. Here is a twist to make them more interesting.

Ingredients:

Method:

Place the eggs in a pot with cold water. Bring the pot to boil, remove it from the heat and cover the pot for 10 minutes.

Peel the eggs and cut them in half, remove the egg yolks and place them in a bowl. Add the mustard, mayonnaise and season the mixture with Spice the Sea. With a whisk or fork make a smooth paste, put it in a piping bag and fill up the eggs.

Place the eggs on a silver platter and decorate with chives.

Breakfast Eggs with Patagonia Mix!!

Breakfast is really important, so why not start with really good eggs?

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 2 ea.

  • Patagonia Mix 

  • Olive oil

  • Slice of bread

Method:

Heat up a pan and add some oil.

Break the eggs in a small bowl.

When the pan is hot, place the eggs carefully inside and avoid breaking the egg yolks.

Sprinkle them with Patagonia Mix. Continue cooking as desired. If you want the yolk cooked, cover the pan to trap heat or flip the eggs.

Enjoy them with a slice of bread and black coffee.
