Steamed Corn

Summer is here and with it delicious corn. Here is a recipe of a side dish that is really easy to make with a couple ingredients: steamed corn with Spice the Sea.

Ingredients:

  • Corn 1 ea. per person

  • Spice the Sea 1 tsp. per corn cob

  • Butter 1 tsp. per corn cob

Method:

Heat up a pot with water and salt (always 1% of salt is the measurement).

When the water is hot, add the corn and boil until tender.

Take out the corn from the pot, apply some butter and sprinkle the seasoning on top.

Another way:

After the corn is cooked, heat up a pan, put butter and the spices. Add the steamed corn and caramelize for 2 minutes, moving the pan back and forth.

Plate the corn and enjoy by itself or with your favorite meal.

Roasted Sweet Potato

This product has so many ways to make it, today we are doing something simple and delicious. We are making a side dish for your favorite meal.

Ingredients:

  • Sweet potato 1 ea. per person

  • Goat cheese 1 tbsp. per potato

  • Heritage Blend 1 teasp. per potato

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

Method:

Heat up the oven at 400*F

Place the sweet potatoes in a pan and roast in the oven for 45 minutes or until tender.

Take out the sweet potatoes from the oven, let them rest for 5 minutes and peel them if desired.

Place them on a platter and smash them a little. Top them with cheese and season with Heritage Blend and salt.

Enjoy with your favorite meal.

Roasted Beets

I really like beets, they are sweet and earthy, and we can make so many recipes with them. My favorite thing is roasting them.

Ingredients:

Method:

Heat the oven at 400*F

Place the beets in a pan and roast in the oven for 45 minutes or until tender.

Take them out from the oven, let them rest for 5 minutes and peel them.

Slice them and place them on a plate, season with Pampa’s Herbs and olive oil.

Enjoy with your favorite meal.

Green Beans with Spice the Sea

Green beans are great, especially in the summer.

They are really tasty and nutritious. The problem is people do not know how to cook them or they add so many other ingredients that the flavor gets lost. So here is a simple recipe that will increase the flavor of this French beans so much that you will not stop eating them.

Ingredients:

Method:

Put water in a pot to boil with salt. Clean the green beans and cut the tips.

When the water is boiling, blanch the beans for 45 seconds. When you take them out, they should be crunchy.

At the same, time heat up a saute pan to medium heat, add the butter, Spice the Sea and place the green beans inside last.

Saute for other 30 seconds and serve.

Enjoy them by themselves or with a steak!
