Steamed Corn

Summer is here and with it delicious corn. Here is a recipe of a side dish that is really easy to make with a couple ingredients: steamed corn with Spice the Sea.


  • Corn 1 ea. per person

  • Spice the Sea 1 tsp. per corn cob

  • Butter 1 tsp. per corn cob


Heat up a pot with water and salt (always 1% of salt is the measurement).

When the water is hot, add the corn and boil until tender.

Take out the corn from the pot, apply some butter and sprinkle the seasoning on top.

Another way:

After the corn is cooked, heat up a pan, put butter and the spices. Add the steamed corn and caramelize for 2 minutes, moving the pan back and forth.

Plate the corn and enjoy by itself or with your favorite meal.

Steamed Carrots

This is a pretty simple recipe that is delicious, super healthy and easy to make. Carrots have a lot of differents nutrients such as beta-carotene, fiber, vitamin K, potassium and antioxidants that we need in our diet, especially in winter.


Method :

Bring the vegetable stock to boil in a pot.

Place the steamer on top of the pot. If you do not have a steamer you can just boil the carrots until tender, around 25-30 minutes. The vegetable stock will add some flavor and incorporate other minerals from other vegetables.

Place the carrots on a plate, dress them with olive oil and sprinkle Pampa’s Herbs on top.
