I brought this seasoning mix recipe from Mendoza, Argentina. Just add this mixture to your empanada filling and you won't be able to stop eating it! This recipe from Mendoza, Argentina is perfect for any empanada filling, Mendoza is a mountain state so the herbs that grow there have a unique perfume, and become a delicious mix when combined with each other. I use this combination for meat but it also can be used for fish. It is really easy to use, just add the mix to the filling, add red or white wine and cook until done. 

ingredients: dry herbs, cumin, garlic, pepper, chili and paprika.
