Argentine Asado on the Beach with Chef Katriel

  • No Thyme to Cook 14624 Solomons Island Road South Solomons, MD, 20688 United States (map)

What You Will Learn

Chef Katriel Menendez began cooking for his family at a young age, learning from his grandparents how to prepare traditional dishes from Spain and Italy, as well as the cuisine of his first home, Argentina.

Join us for a very special Argentine Asado on the Beach, where Chef Katriel will prepare a multi-course traditional Argentine barbecue known as “Asado.” This unique and flavorful experience can only be achieved over an open wood fire, demonstrating time-honored techniques passed down through generations.

Chef Katriel is passionate about sharing his culture and traditional cooking methods with his community, and this is the perfect opportunity to gather, savor incredible food, and be part of an authentic Argentine culinary tradition.
